Health Tech Senior Researcher

Gudrun Nys is a researcher and neuropsychologist. She is department head of a rehabilitation unit at CAR Overleie for patients with acquired brain damage. During her PhD and postdoc research at Utrecht University and Ghent University, Gudrun developed a special interest in cognitive and visual assessment and rehabilitation after stroke. At HITLab, she leads the XRehab project, a TETRA initiative dedicated to implementing XR technology in the rehabilitation sector.
